I had issues with noise made by air handler and cooling when I had my HVAC (Heat pump and air handler) unit replaced by another Vendor recently. That is when I reached out to Progressive Service Company to install another new heat pump and air handler.
Evaluation and Work-order: Joe Oliveira stopped by my home, took time to understand the problem that I was having with the unit, went back and discussed the issue with his team of experts and had a detailed work order sent to me with in a day.
Professionalism and Quality of work: On the day of the install Gene, Trevor (the installers), Moses (Install Manager) and Joe were at my home early in the morning. They patiently waited for the other Vendor to pull out the unit and then started installing the new one. They completed all the work (installing heat pump, air handler and thermostat) in about 5 hours. Joe stopped by again the same evening to make sure everything was working fine and to make sure that I was satisfied with the new system.
Customer Service and Experience: I am very impressed with the responsiveness and service provided to me by Christy Donaldson (HVAC Install Admin), Joe and the rest of the install team. Christy has touched base with me on several occasions (both prior to and post installation) to make sure everything was well and kept me informed about next steps in the process.

Residential HVAC Service
We installed a HVAC system for Wendy L. and her husband back in April of 2014. They had major issues with mold before the installation and continued to have serious problems during the past year, which even led to health problems. Our HVAC estimator, Darryl, went to address the issue and discovered the underlying problem. Although it was not an issue with the installation, Darryl had the installation techs go out to clean and relocate the vent at no cost to the customer. Wendy called us as soon as Darryl, Jeremy and Charles left her home and this is what she had to say:

“I was very impressed with your plumbing company. I had a commode problem last week and Steve came and unstopped it but told me I would eventually need a new one. Shortly after he left, it stopped up again and he promptly came and put in a new one. Plus, he subtracted the earlier charge of repairing the commode from the charge of installing it, which I thought was very fair. Steve did a good job and was always on time. He also took the time to explain my situation to me very thoroughly. He seemed very knowledgeable and I also didn’t feel like he would take advantage of me. He is definitely a credit to your company. From my first call to Progressive’s office, my conversation with the electrical manager, through the end of the job when all was done, Progressive did a great job for me. They were very professional, friendly, and flexible. The work was to relocate receptacles and switches from a wall that was being removed from our house, and also to add receptacles to another room. They sent two men who had to spend several hours both under and in our house. I recommend them highly and will use them again.

Brian performed maintenance check on the HVAC (I hope I used the correct term). His visit was just a few days we experienced unusually cold weather in mid-October. He was very helpful by providing answers to my questions. He also explained things that I was not aware of. I did not like the programmable thermostat and he replaced it with a simple thermostat which I understood much better than the programmable. I now feel much more comfortable after he inspected the system.
