## Noritz in commercial buildings

Noritz commercial tankless units are built for high, continuous demand and can be combined into multi-unit systems that share the load and provide redundancy. Condensing models recover flue heat for better efficiency, and the units can be installed indoors or outdoors depending on the model, which helps when mechanical room space is tight.

## What Progressive installs

- Single commercial units for smaller loads and point-of-use applications.
- Multi-unit systems with shared controls for restaurants, hotels, laundries and apartment buildings.
- Gas piping, venting, recirculation and water treatment designed for the whole system.

## Service

We maintain and repair Noritz commercial units, including scheduled descaling under a maintenance agreement, whether or not we installed them.

## Frequently asked questions

Can Noritz units be installed outdoors?

Some models are rated for outdoor installation, which frees mechanical room space. We confirm the right model for the location during the site survey.

What maintenance does a Noritz commercial system need?

Periodic descaling, filter cleaning and inspection of venting and condensate. Our agreements schedule it.
